Unpickle Analytic Solutions Private Limited (Unpickle) recognizes the expectations of its visitors and customers with regard to privacy, confidentiality and security of their personal information that resides with Unpickle. The authenticity of the personal information provided by the visitor and customer shall not be the responsibility of Unpickle.
Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as personal information for the purposes of this Policy and Unpickle shall not be responsible for the same.

Visitor or Customer need to upload data for using Infopickle platform. Visitor or Customer has the option to delete project and/or data. Unpickle has right to delete accounts in the event that users do not comply with requirements for use of Unpickle services. Unpickle reserves right to delete customer accounts or personal information or specific project or specific data.
Communications
Unpickle may contact visitors and customers for service and administrative emails and messages. Unpickle may also contact inform about changes in our services, our service offerings, and important service-related notices, such as security and fraud notices. These emails and messages are considered part of the services and visitors and customers may not opt-out of them.
