Unpickle Analytic Solutions Private Limited (Unpickle) recognizes the expectations of its visitors and customers with regard to privacy, confidentiality and security of their personal information that resides with Unpickle. Keeping personal information of customers secure and using it solely for activities related to usage of Infopickle platform and preventing any misuse thereof is a top priority of Unpickle. Unpickle has adopted the privacy policy aimed at protecting the personal information entrusted and disclosed by the visitors and customers [“Privacy Policy”]. Unpickle collects and uses the personal information from its visitors and customers. All Information collected shall be used for the relevant lawful purposes connected with various functions or activities of Unpickle related to services in which the User is interested, and/or to help determine the eligibility of the User for the product/services requested/ applied/ shown interest in and/or to enable Unpickle the User verification and/or process applications, requests, transactions and/or maintain records as per internal/legal/regulatory requirements and shall be used to provide the User with the best possible services/products as also to protect interests of Unpickle.

The authenticity of the personal information provided by the visitor and customer shall not be the responsibility of Unpickle.

Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as personal information for the purposes of this Policy and Unpickle shall not be responsible for the same.

The personal information collected by Unpickle shall not be disclosed to any other organization except:

  • where the disclosure has been agreed in a written contract or otherwise between Unpickle and the customer/visitor;
  • where Unpickle is required to disclose the personal information to a third party on a need-to-know basis, provided that in such case Unpickle shall inform such third party of the confidential nature of the personal information and shall keep the same standards of information/ data security as that of Unpickle.

Unpickle shall take reasonable steps and measures to protect the security of the customer’s personal information from misuse and loss, un-authorized access, modification or disclosure. Unpickle maintains its security systems to ensure that the personal information of the customer is appropriately protected. Unpickle ensures that its employees and affiliates respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Unpickle.

Data Retention

Visitor or Customer need to upload data for using Infopickle platform. Visitor or Customer has the option to delete project and/or data. If you would like to request the cancellation or deactivation of your account, please write to [email protected] for assistance. Unpickle has right to delete accounts in the event that users do not comply with requirements for use of Unpickle services. Unpickle reserves right to delete customer accounts or personal information or specific project or specific data.

 

Communications

Unpickle may contact visitors and customers for service and administrative emails and messages. Unpickle may also contact inform about changes in our services, our service offerings, and important service-related notices, such as security and fraud notices. These emails and messages are considered part of the services and visitors and customers may not opt-out of them. In addition, we sometimes send emails about new product features or other news about Unpickle and Infopickle. You can opt out of these at any time.
